Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments for services provided by inntcloud LLC through this website and authorized channels.

2. General Principle

Except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, completed service periods, consumed service capacity, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable.

3. Cases Eligible for Refund Review

  • Duplicate charges caused by platform or payment processing errors.
  • Payment completed but service not activated due to a verified platform-side fault.
  • Other exceptional cases explicitly confirmed in writing by our support team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Service already used, consumed, or materially delivered.
  • Requests caused by user-side configuration, compatibility, or network environment issues outside our control.
  • Requests that violate Terms of Service, payment provider rules, or applicable law.

5. Request Process

Submit your request to admin@inntcloud.com with order details, payment proof, and a clear explanation. We may request additional materials for verification.

6. Processing Timeline

We generally review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel, subject to provider processing timelines.

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive refund/chargeback behavior may result in account restrictions.
